JAKARTA,Harnasnews.Com – Presiden Joko Widodo menyetujui pemberian izin bagi Abu Bakar Ba’asyir untuk menjalani perawatan kesehatan di RS Cipto Mangunkusumo. Presiden mengambil keputusan ini dengan menimbang azas kemanusiaan.
“Dari sisi kemanusiaan saya kira ini juga berlaku untuk semua. Kalau ada yang sakit tentu saja kita peduli untuk memberikan perawatan di rumah sakit agar sembuh,” kata Presiden di Istana Negara, Kamis, (1/3).
Presiden juga menegaskan, bahwa sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada surat permohonan meminta grasi dari tokoh kelahiran 1938 itu.
“Sampai saat ini belum ada surat permohonan yang masuk ke saya,” tuturnya. (Edar)
