Dari hasil rekapitulasi penegakan hokum yang dilakukan oleh jajaran Ditpolair Baharkam Polri per 1 januari sampai dengan 31 mei 2018 adalah Negara Malaysia dan Vietnam merupakan pelanggar perbatasan dan pelaku illegal fishing diwilayah perairan Indonesia .
